Apple Picking

Yay for school traditions! Yesterday the whole school got the entire day off and the entire house went to go apple picking and of course included noshing on apples plucked straight from the tree, pumpkin whoopie pies (with cream cheese filling!) and maple walnut ice cream and downed it all with, you guessed it, apple cider. All the more reasons to love October, one of my favourite months of the year. You might remember my friend, the ravishing F, from a post from ye olde times of yore, and here she is again, looking practical yet still ever so casually chic to go apple picking. What I am digging is her undeniable tomboy spirit–she would climb any tree in orchard to get the best apples possible. This is only the first photo of many to come of that day so come back for more later this week when my midterms are done and my academic life returns to normal. Oh and did I mention that I have fall break this weekend? ;)
